  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, and deliveries may be delayed during those periods.

    • Incomplete or invalid shipping addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers, street numbers).
    • Weather conditions or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events.

Shipping within the United States

FLEXBOX products are available for sale and delivery within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. For shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us at info@oneflexbox.com

Refused Deliveries
