At FLEXBOX, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, in salable condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
How to Initiate a Return:
All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us at info@oneflexbox.com to begin the process. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Details:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original and return shipping fees, handling costs, and a $100 restocking fee. Allow up to 30 days after we receive your return for processing. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and FLEXBOX is not responsible for any bank charges incurred during this process.
Damages and Issues:
At FLEXBOX, we want your experience to be flawless! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@oneflexbox.com so we can work quickly to resolve the issue. Be sure to include a detailed description, photos of the item, and your exchange request. In certain cases, we may request additional photos to verify the item’s condition. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to making things right!
Exchanges:
We’re here to make it right! For exchanges, if there’s an error on our end, we’ll exchange the item for the original one you ordered. Contact us within 5 days of delivery to begin the exchange process.
