FLEXBOX Cancellation Policy

At FLEXBOX, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process for all customers.

Same-Day Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled on the same day of placement for a full refund. To initiate your cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@oneflexbox.com with your order details.

Cancellations After Same-Day Window

  • Cancellations requested after the same-day window will be subject to review. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you will need to proceed with a return after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be canceled at any time before the release date or within twelve (12) months of your Pre-Order date. To request a cancellation, email info@oneflexbox.com with your Pre-Order details.
  • Once canceled, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you do not cancel within the specified timeframe, your Pre-Order deposit becomes non-refundable.

Shipped Orders

  • If your order has been shipped and you wish to cancel, you may need to initiate a return after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions and eligibility criteria.

FLEXBOX’s Right to Cancel

  • FLEXBOX reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, payment issues, fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded.
