FLEXBOX Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in FLEXBOX! By participating in our Pre-Order program, you’re reserving your FLEXBOX ahead of its public release. Please read the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility and Inventory

• FLEXBOX Pre-Orders are offered on a limited basis and subject to availability.
• Pre-Orders are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred or resold without our prior written consent.

Pre-Order Deposit

• A deposit is required to secure your Pre-Order and will be charged at the time of purchase.
• This deposit will be issued as a redeemable code to apply toward the full purchase price of the FLEXBOX when it becomes available for sale.
• Deposits cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

Refunds and Cancellations

• You may request a full refund of your Pre-Order deposit by December 31, 2024 or before using your redeemable code to complete the purchase, whichever occurs first. 
• If you do not cancel within the specified timeframe, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• FLEXBOX reserves the right to cancel a Pre-Order at any time before delivery for any lawful reason. If this occurs, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Release and Delivery

• Once the Release Date is confirmed, we’ll notify you with instructions on completing your order via our website.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided after the Release Date, but these are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier schedules or inventory levels.

General Terms

• Please inspect your FLEXBOX upon delivery and refer to our Cancellation and Return Policy for any issues.
• By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to the terms outlined above and acknowledge that delivery times may vary.
