Modern life doesn’t always make time for the gym and navigating a crowded gym floor or an inconvenient class schedule.
Home gym equipment is generally large, unattractive and expensive. Not everyone has the space or budget for a home gym, and so training equipment is scattered around the house.
Flexbox was created to solve these dilemmas and create the ultimate home workout.
THE DESIGN
Flexbox was designed in California by an expert in human performance, a strength and conditioning specialist and a trainer to professional athletes and Hollywood celebrities.
The ergonomics of the box and the kit have been designed to get much more from a resistance training workout.
As a bonus, the box is proudly made in South Africa and shows off a durable vegan leather upholstered surface and brushed gold finishes, to blend beautifully with the aesthetic of a modern home.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX
Flexbox includes everything that you need to do a wide variety of exercises, so that you stay motivated and committed to your goals.
The box can be bought with a variety of resistance bands only, or with smart dumbbells, a slam ball, a pilates bar, a yoga mat and an iPhone/ iPad holder. All products include ankle straps.
