The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Payment Policy.

Shipping timeline: 7-10 days with a zero shipping fee. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in billing or shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events.

Please inspect the product for any damages prior to accepting. If the box is damaged, that is ok, we have protected the product inside.

Please Note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalising your order.
